The first among these havelis was constructed in the year 1805 by Guman Chand Patwa and is the biggest and the most ostentatious. Nathmal-Ki-Haveli – The haveli was built in the late 19th century. The construction of the mansion was commissioned by Maharawal Beri Sal for the then prime minister. Even though both the wings are constructed by different people but the symmetry is still maintained. Both the wings have different carvings. Salim Singh-Ki-Haveli – Salim Singh ki Haveli was built by erstwhile Prime Minister of Jaisalmer, Salim Singh Mehta. The 17th century haveli was erected on the remains of an older haveli.
